1 · Purpose

Service writers approve estimates within a written limit, and the owner reviews every approval each week.

2 · Steps

2.1Build the estimate in the shop system and attach the inspection photos.
2.2Up to $1,500: the service writer approves and sends it to the customer.
2.3Above $1,500: send to the owner for a one-tap approval.
2.4Discounts, goodwill and warranty: follow the table below.
2.5Monday: the owner reviews every service writer approval from the week before.
